SVA - Cross-linked Closed Cell Expanded Ethylene Vinyl Acetate

What is SVA?

SVA is a closed cell, cross-linked expanded ethylene vinyl acetate foam. Not only is it a remarkably elastic material, but it is also tough with excellent clarity, gloss and with little odour. It has many attractive properties, including low cost, excellent adhesion to many surfaces, and resistance to heat and cracks.
SVA is perfect for water applications and uses on products that will be exposed extensively to water. 

Advantages of SVA Foam

SVA60 is free of CFCs and HCFCs and boasts a high durability to dilute alkalis and acids, some oils, and changes in the weather. Heat and cracking resistance, combined with superior clarity, gloss, and nearly no odour, make it ideal for floatation applications, and it adheres easily to a variety of substrates.

Properties of SVA Foam

Densities of up to 60 kg/m3, a temperature range of -20°C to 70°C, and shore hardness of "00" 18-37, 36-46, 42-60 and "A°" 15-25, 28-33, 36-42, 48-53 make SVA60 an ideal boat seating material.

There is a 2-day order processing time, all deliveries will be made within 3 - 5 working days.

At the checkout, please select your delivery region in order to facilitate smooth delivery.

Returns need to made within 14 days in order for us to arrange a refund or swap out of product. The product needs to be retuned in the same condition as received. There will be a 10% handling fee for any damaged packaging.

Gamin downloadable products and a few select products are not refundable.
